The above attendance figures are inclusive of university attendance and all events and bookings
at The J. Attendance growth at The J is evident over recent years however this has slowed a little
this year.

The cost per visit, exclusive of depreciation and internal charges, was $3.25, down 6.6% on last
year’s measure of $3.48. Inclusive of all costs this figure increases to $8.76, down 9.1% on last
year’s figure of $9.64.

BCC

The Main Hall is leased by Noosa Gymnastics Club with the renovation/extension works
expected to commence in August. The Demountable building is now leased by Education for
Generations (Noosa Montessori School).

The remaining building, the ‘Annex’, continues to be available to community groups and small
businesses to hire on a casual basis. The Annex is currently utilised by a range of users including
but not limited to the following:

    Little Seed Theatre Company
    Noosa Folk Dancers
    Zumba
    Kids Fitness
    Yoga
    Meditation
    Kings House Church
    Other casual hirers
