6.0 Conclusion
This application seeks an Other Change for a Dual Occupancy situated at 105 Poinciana Avenue,
Tewantin. The proposal is a consistent use in the District Centre Zone and is required to follow a
code assessment process.

An assessment has been carried out in accordance with Section 82 of The Planning Act 2016, The
assessment finds the proposal meets the relevant Acceptable and Performance Outcomes of the
