4        PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
         The proposed development as described in the architectural drawings in Appendix B is a residential
         development comprised of three (3) multi-storey residential buildings.

         A breakdown of the surface areas exposed to rainfall for the proposed development is presented in
         Table 2.
