1        INTRODUCTION
1.1      Background
         ADG Engineers (Aust.) Pty Ltd was engaged by Stockwell Development Group, to carry out a Site
         Based Stormwater Management Plan (SBSMP) suitable for submission to Noosa Shire Council
         (NSC) and any required referral agencies for a proposed Noosa Residential Development at Lot 3
         on SP246584, 17-19 Hofmann Drive, Noosaville QLD 4566.

         The purpose of this report is to provide advice on the proposed development with regard to
         stormwater drainage, stormwater quality and quantity measures, and flooding. The required
         infrastructure will be subject to the conditions attached to the Development Approval to be provided
         by NSC and any nominated referral agencies.

1.2      Background Information
         This report was compiled using information from the following sources:

            NSC infrastructure mapping (Refer to Appendix F);
            NSC flood mapping (Refer to Appendix F);
            Detailed survey plan prepared by RPS Australia East Pty Ltd (Refer to Appendix A);
            Architectural drawings by Mode Design Corp. Pty Ltd (Refer to Appendix B); and
            Google Maps Aerial Imagery.

1.3      Property Detail
         The details of the property for the proposed development can be seen in Table 1 below.
