RE: RESPONSE TO INFORMATION REQUEST__________________________________________
Application for a Material Change of Use for a Detached house Located at 38 Park Crescent,
Sunshine Beach and Described as Lot 598 on RP48112

I refer to the above application and in particular to the request for additional information issued by your

Council and dated 14 August 2015.

This request listed 11 items that Council considers is necessary in order to complete its assessment of the
above application. The applicant has decided to respond to these items as below:


Item 1:        Setbacks – provide amended plans with decks setback 1.5 metres

Applicant’s Response to Item 1: Amended plans are submitted that detail decks at required setbacks.


Item 2:        Height – provide a contour and detail with spot heights to confirm contours and building
               height

Applicant’s Response to Item 2: A contour and detail plan prepared by Hass Surveys is attached.


Item 3:        Provide a plan identifying critical roof and blade wall heights.

Applicant’s Response to Item 3: Amended plans are provided (refer DD1.3) detailing heights for the
blade walls and roof.


Item 4:        Provide a plan with a height blanket.

Applicant’s Response to Item 4: Amended plans indicating height blanket over proposed dwelling are
attached.
