   10/01/2019 – Infringement issued for engaging in a restricted activity in a local government
     controlled area and roads.
   11/01/2019 – Infringement issued for engaging in a restricted activity in a local government
     controlled area and roads.
   14/01/2019 – Infringement issued for engaging in a restricted activity in a local government
     controlled area and roads.
In addition to the above formal infringements Council Officers, on numerous occasions, have
verbally requested the business to move vessels/craft to within the lease area.
Figure 6 below includes historical aerials which identify vessels outside of the lease area
particularly using the beach outside the lease area. Notably the aerials are not fully accurate in
terms of the lease boundary but do give a reasonable indication that vessels are regularly stored
outside the lease area.
