   b) all urban development reduces the need for mains water by utilizing run-off from appropriate
      areas for applications such as toilet flushing and garden maintenance;
   c) pipeless stormwater management systems are utilised;
   d) downstream ecosystems, properties and infrastructure are not adversely impacted by either
      quantity, levels of inundation or water quality changes caused by development; and
   e) water reuse facilities have no adverse impact on the quality of the town mains water.

Comment: The proposal will comply with all applicable Specific Outcomes/Probable Solutions of the
Water Sensitive Design Code – refer Stormwater Management Plan papered by JF&P Engineering
include in Attachment 7. This code will be addressed in greater detail as a component of a
subsequent operational works application.
