            4.2.1.1. Buffer Strip

            A 2m wide grassed buffer strip has been modelled as treating surface run-off from the rear
            of the proposed development as it passes as overland sheet flows towards Lake Doonella.
            The rear of the site is predominately grassed, with a sewer drainage line running along the
            southern boundary ensuring the strip assumed for treatment will not be developed. The
            parameters applied to the buffer strip are presented in
