4.2       Topography
During the site walk-over, topographic features specific to the site were noted, and ground slopes were
recorded using a hand-held clinometer. As illustrated in Text Figure 8 below, the site is located at a
beachward break in slope, on the easterly facing flank of a high sand dune slope; which eventually crests
about 190 m to the west/north-west.
