In accordance with section 54(1) of the Planning Act 2016 and section 5.1 of the Development Assessment Rules please see attached properly referred development application.

The application seeks a development approval for a Development Permit for Material Change of Use of Premises to establish a Dwelling House at the premises.

Referral to Energex is triggered in accordance with Schedule 10, Part 9, Division 2, Table 2, Item 1 of Planning Regulation 2017 due to the presence of an Energex easement located on the premises.
