3.0 SITE DESCRIPTION
3.1 SUBJECT SITE
The subject site is situated at 28 Elkhorn Drive, Tewantin and is legally described as Lot 70 M37807.

The site comprises an area of 12,920m² (1.292ha) and is currently occupied by a detached house. The site
has a road frontage to Elkhorn Drive of approximately 20m. The site contains scattered mature vegetation
with cleared understorey.

Majority of the site is relatively flat and has an elevation of approximately 10m AHD. The north eastern and
south eastern corners of the subject site are characteristic of steeper grades which fall towards the Noosa
River.
