 a) Temporary Access: Council agrees to the use of Council’s land (Lot 1 on     Noted. The retention of retention of Glossy Black Cockatoo feed trees,

    construction access route commences within the Ozcare land (Lot 9 on

    via an existing driveway next to the existing shed (to be removed and
    replaced with a refuse storage and collection area), access to the
    development area is then available via the existing Council access
    path. Construction access will be approved through the development
    application process, no need to contact Council’s Property Team
    separately.
