                    AUSTROADS Guide to Road Design, Part4A - Unsignalised and Signalised Intersections for a design speed of
                    10km/h above the posted speed. A speed survey is required to support any proposed reduction to the design
                    speed requirements.
              •     if sight distance requirements are not able to be met, identify what turn treatments are needed.

         The assessment is required to be certified by an RPEQ and be submitted in accordance with the Department of Transport
         and Main Roads’ Guide to Traffic Impact Assessment.
Response
Please refer to Appendix C – Traffic Assessment Report prepared by PTT and signed by a full RPEQ engineer addressing the
matters identified in the Department’s Information Request.


We trust the attached information is adequate for both Council and SARA to assess the development application. If, however,
