PLANTING SCHEDULE
The spacing of plants shown on plan have been derived as a compromise between growth rate, anticipated size, and the ability to provide a good vegetative cover within a reasonable space of time. Quantities indicated have been based on the spacing of individual plants appropriate to the
available area for the particular species used; where this available area increases (or decreases) through the course of construction, quantities may also need to increase (or decrease) to maintain the plant spacings indicated on plan.
AGLA recommends early plant procurement to ensure species availability and minimum plant sizes.

NOTES ON SPECIES SELECTION
As taken from Gondwana Ecology Group Concept Rehabilitation Plan
• Species selection includes species from technical description for RE12.2.7 and PROPOSED RACV NOOSA RESORT
recorded on site and surrounds.
• Bushfire “suitable” species considered for zones with bushfire management constraints 142 NOOSA DRIVE, NOOSA HEADS
(^ species identified by bushfire consultant for zone 4).
• Species with * defined as koala habitat/feed tree.
• Final species planting and selection determined by planting suitability and species
availability.
REHABILITATION PLANTING
• Intent is to maximise species diversity and % ground/mid storey cover and supplement SCHEDULE
with canopy/koala trees.
• Bioretention basin planting species in accordance with wsud guidelines (also species in JOB No. DWG No. ISSUE DRAWN BY CHECKED BY
locality and from RE12.2.7 technical description) and to be maintained (Bushfire
Consultant advice) to 1m where necessary.
