Safety:
With minimal internal illumination and the signs being located wholly within the
boundary of the property the location proposes no risk to passing pedestrians and
cyclists, nor will it hinder the view of approaching traffic.
We realise that the planning allows for only 1 illuminated sign per frontage, our client is
hoping that council takes into account that the illumination of their whole sign package
is important to attracting cliental as the area is a very popular tourist town.
It is believed that the signage proposal in question does not impact on the surrounding
landscape as it is currently stands. In stating this though, should this situation arise,
both Signcraft and our client would be willing to work with council to resolve any issues
so that a satisfactory agreement may be reached between all parties.
