                                                    Works Consultant) who has been procured as a
                                                    dedicated resource to provide project management,
                                                    surveillance, and contract administration support.
                                                    Council can engage the engineering consultant
                                                    responsible for the design to attend inspections if
                                                    required.
                                                    Council can utilise internal resources to attend
                                                    inspections or assist with documentation if required.

   Consultation
   External Consultation - Community & Stakeholder
   Roadpro have been engaged to provide community and stakeholder communication support.
   Early works (including the watermain relocation) have been communicated since the initial
   stages of the final design process, updating the community and stakeholders about upcoming
   activities and their impacts. Communication material includes project newsletters, Facebook
   posts and stakeholder emails.
   Further communication activities are planned in conjunction with TMR to coincide with the
   contract award to M&K Pipelines (QLD) Pty Ltd and the completion of the detailed design.
   Separate consultation has been made with TMR (party to the Funding Agreement) regarding
   this tender, program, and budget.
