The development occupies roughly 41% of what the applicant identifies as “usable site area”
(i.e. not set aside for environmental purposes) and leaves undeveloped portions of land the
application indicates may be the subject of future development applications. The proposal
plans are included as Attachment 1. The plan extracts in Figures 1 and 2 below indicate
the proposed staging, development layout and undeveloped balance lands on the site.
