Site description

       The subject site is located at 186 Cooroy Noosa Road, Tewantin and is described as Lot 2 on
        RP177554, covering an area of 4.047 hectares (see Figures 2).
       The site is zoned as Community Services under the Noosa Plan Zones.
       The subject site is approximately 0.80 hectares in area and is east of the existing Dementia unit, which
        was completed sometime in 2013.
       To the north of the subject site are residential properties (see Photographic Plate 3), and the southern
