We act on behalf of Creekgold Pty Ltd in relation to their development application and in response to
Council’s Information Request, dated 15 March, 2016 we now provide:

     Attachment A – Revised Proposal Plans, prepared by Verve Building Design and Concepts;
     Attachment B – Engineering Report and Stormwater Management Plan prepared by VTCE,
      consulting engineers;
     Attachment C – Traffic Report prepared by PTT;
     Attachment D – Noise Assessment Response prepared by MRG Environmental;
     Attachment E – Unity Water Advice Notice; and
     Attachment F - Landscape Plan

A response to each item of Council’s information request is included within the table below.
