The noise logging includes road traffic noise from Elm Street, noise from the bowls club, noise from
other nearby commercial premises, residential noise including dogs barking and noise from other
fauna.

It is important to note that the existing noise levels were measured during the Covid Pandemic
conditions. This author has measured a 3 to 5dB(A) reduction in background noise levels across the
country during the period November 2020 to July 2021. Note this level increases significantly during
periods of lockdown.
