                 64.   The on-site receptionist/manager must respond and terminate the relevant
                       noise source should the noise levels exceed:
                       i.     7am to 6pm = 46 dB(A) LAeq,adj,T;
                       ii.    6pm to 10pm = 40 dB(A) LAeq,adj,T;
                       iii.   10.00pm to 7.00am = 35 dB(A) LAeq,adj,T
            B.   Note the report is provided in accordance with Section 63(5) of the Planning Act
                 2016.
            C.   Note the following reasons for approval with conditions varying from the staff
                 recommendation:
                 1.    The site has been specifically identified as suitable for the proposed use in
                       the Planning Scheme;
                 2.    The proposed height of the building is below the maximum suggested by
                       the Probable Solution in the Planning Scheme and includes a range of
                       features that are consistent with the principles of sustainable design in the
                       sub tropics;
                 3.    The scale and form of architecture will positively contribute to the desired
                       look and feel of Noosaville and the Mary St streetscape; and
                 4.    The conditions can be imposed to ensure onsite management, together
                       with building design, can achieve the desired standards to protect the visual
                       and acoustic amenity of adjoining and nearby residential premises.
