5.4.2 Natural Hazard Overlay - Bushfire and Acid Sulfate Soils Overlay
55. Figure 13 depicts that the subject site is identified within the High Potential Acid Sulfate Soil Area (0-5m
      AHD). As such, an assessment against the relevant provisions of the Natural Hazards Overlay Code is
      required.

5.5    Relevant Codes
