               The application seeks approval for a Reconfiguring a Lot - Residential. The proposal seeks to
               reconfigure 1 lot into 2. The existing dwelling house and pool will be retained on Lot 31 and the
               existing shed in the south-eastern corner of the property will be retained on Lot 32. A building
               envelope with a use area of 514m2 is proposed for Lot 32. The applicant is also seeking Operational
               Works approval for drainage, stormwater and the driveway.
               The locality and proposal plan are included below.
