barrier barrier
Corner Boundary Barrier should be free of gaps and be constructed from a material with minimum surface
mass at least 10kg/m2. Or proprietary noise walls with an acoustic rating of Rw 25. Examples of suitable noise
barrier material include, 25mm thick “lapped and capped” pine timber fence. Barrier to be 3m high vertically
(see Figure 6.7 for location).
Entry and Exit Boundary Barriers should be free of gaps and be constructed from a material with minimum
surface mass at least 10kg/m2. Or proprietary noise walls with an acoustic rating of Rw 25. Examples of
suitable noise barrier material include, 25mm thick “lapped and capped” pine timber fence. Barriers to be a
minimum 1.8m high vertically and terminate 5 m from Weyba Rd or Mary St (see Figure 6.7 for locations).
Truck Movements (garbage and refuelling) should occur between 7:00am and 10:00pm only.
