In accordance with AS 3959 (2018), the required setbacks to achieve specific Bushfire Attack
Level ratings for the proposed development on the subject site has been determined. Based
on this assessment, the following summary is provided in Table 7. It is noted the BAL-19
setback requirements are highlighted, as it is understood this is the preferred construction
standards for the proposed development.
