and grants opportunities for operating funds and building repairs, community and tenancy

requirements of the supplied engineering report as set out in the accompanied building
proposal. In-kind labour and materials donated by the Cooroy and district community and
matched with funds from Noosa Shire Council will see this work completed in the latter half
of 2017.
5. A website, currently under construction will contain script and photographs of historic,

bookings with the nominated hall coordinator. All bookings will be made via personal or
af

the CMHA Inc. website. Booking monies and bonds will be paid into the account of CMHA

8. Keyless entry system is proposed, with access given to regular tenants who prove to be
worthy of such trust. Other tenants will be given access via the hall coordinator. Tenants will
be expected to check the security of the building before leaving. If in doubt the hall
coordinator will check or nominate a reliable person to do so. An alarm system may be a
consideration into the future.
9. Exclusion of any tenant will be at the discretion of the hall coordinator if the suggested
activity is not suited to the hall. Any appeal of a coordinator’s decision will be addressed by
the committee.
10. When profit exceeds expectations, the hall committee will seek to address some noted
requests of renters, increasing appeal and profitability.
