7.3.1 Current Eumundi Hall Rental Rates at 1 July 2016

Casual Hire - For small groups, workshops and meetings
$33 per hour - minimum of 2 hours
Regular Hire - During School Term (weekdays/evenings) For small groups, workshops and
meetings
$25 per hour - minimum of 2 hours
Casual and Regular Hire Community Rate - must be a not for profit group or association
$22 per hour - minimum of 2 hours
Meetings, Workshops, functions with over 30 people: enquire using the form for costs which
will be based on expected numbers and the type of use
Large Functions, Events, Weddings are a minimum all day hire: Please enquire using the form
Setup/take down times outside booking day/s will be charged for
Special rate for not for profit/community groups please mention your community organisations
name in the form
Conference Venue Hire - By negotiation - depends on number of days/facilities used

Use of bar extra cost: Bar has large fridge and glass washer. All breakages and missing glasses
must be paid for

Kitchen area: Extra costs involved depending on equipment used
Bond - All hirers are required to pay a bond: Amount will depend on use - fully refundable if hall
is left clean and tidy with no damages or lost items

7.3.3 Tewantin Masonic hall $20 per hour including Air conditioning, smaller size but not
much, well equipped kitchen, good condition, good timber floor surface

7.3.4 Yandina RSL Hall or School of Arts $15 per hour Smaller but good condition, good
timber floors

7.3.5 Woombye School of Arts Hall $15 per hour including Air conditioning, smaller size
between the posts but not much, best dance floor surface, well equipped kitchen, excellent
condition, not people friendly committee.

7.3.6 Gheerulla Hall $10 per hour; Basic, smaller but fantastic floor surface for dancers; 20km
from town

7.3.7 Valdora Hall $15 per hour as above, Basic smaller but good floor, 15 km from town
