1. BOOKINGS AND BOND niin ithe Mint ame: omnes i 3s :
a) Bookings are subject to availability and the provision of a Certificate of Currency for
insurance confirmation
b) Payment for Hall hire and bond must be made 2 weeks prior to booking date
c) Bond will be returned 14 days after booking date subject to hiring conditions being
adhered to, no excess cleaning fees incurred and no damage to the property
2. INSURANCE
A Certificate of Currency for insurance must be provided
3. ENTRY TO HALL and USE OF ALARM SYSTEM
Initial Entry to the Hall is through the Front Door on Memorial Drive.
Front door is alarmed and needs to be deactivated immediately upon entry. The keypatkis
situated on the end wall to the left of the hall entry. Enter the current security OX@48842 and
press the OFF button.
Access to the Kitchen Area is only through the Front Door initially.
