                                  Lot – 22 Medihub RFI Response



To Satisfy condition 9. Of Information Request on Application OPW22/0303

Provide additional detail on the proposed construction methodology for the construction
of the excavation and the basement retaining structures. Please note that the works
must not impact on any adjoining infrastructure, buildings or vegetation. All retaining
works and anchors systems, both above and below ground, both temporary or
permanent, must be wholly contained within the subject site.

   1. Site to be fenced and secure.
   2. Piling platform to be constructed to engineered drawings.
   3. 65 No. 750mm diameter reinforced piles to installed to a depth of approximately 8m below
      existing ground level.




   4. A 900mm x 1000mm capping beam will be installed on top of the piles to match new
      finished levels.
