6.3.3 Transport Corridors
The subejct site is identified as adjoining a State Controleld Road, being Elm Street. As
aformentioned in Section 6.2 of this report, the applciation is required to be refered. It is
noted however, that the application proposed no changes to access and will incur no
additional traffic than the current use.
