Palm Lake Works Pty Ltd on behalf of Palm Lake Care Properties Pty Ltd herein submit a development application for a Commercial Business – Type 2 Medical (Doctor’s Practice) at 15 Pearsons Road, Cooroy – Lot 103 SP287641.

The proposed development is accompanied by the attached supporting information:

1.      Town Planning Report;

2.      Appendix A – DA Form and Owners Consent;

3.      Appendix B – Site Analysis Plan;

4.      Appendix C – Proposal Plans;

5.      Appendix D – Sales Office Approval MCU15/0119; and

6.      Appendix E – State Code 1 Template Response.

In accordance with Noose Shire Council’s 2018-2019 Fees and Charges the proposed development will generate a fee of $6,557.00 in accordance with Commercial Business – Type 2 Medical up to 100m2. A cheque for this amount has been express posted to Council today.
