4 EXISTING DRAINAGE PATTERNS

4.1 Existing Infrastructure
Data obtained from the detailed survey and as-constructed information obtained from Noosa
Council’s interactive mapping show the following existing drainage infrastructure:
    1. An existing 225mm to 450mm dia stormwater pipe running parallel to the south eastern
       boundary of the site within Lots 45, 46 and 62 on SP132578 and Lots 42-44 on SP144002;
    2. An existing gully pit located within the south east corner of the site with a 225mm dia.
       stormwater connection to the existing 300 dia pipe within Lot 46 SP132578;
    3. An existing stormwater structure located at the north-western corner of the site within the
       driveway access of Lot 61 on RP69404, with a kerb adaptor connection to Eumundi Noosa
       Road.
