1.0      INTRODUCTION
As requested by Walsh Consulting Engineers, Core Consultants Pty Ltd (Core) has carried out a
geotechnical investigation for a proposed boutique hotel at Noosa Springs.
The investigation was carried out in accordance with Core proposal Q003147-001-L-Rev0.

2.0      PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
The proposed development comprises a low rise hotel building with car parks and tennis courts (refer Image
1 below).
Proposed bulk earthworks are anticipated to comprise mainly cutting up to about 3 m below ground level
(BGL), with localised filling up to about 2 m to 3 m in height (refer Images 2 and 3 below).
