1.0 INTRODUCTION
Barlow Shelley Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd was commissioned by Stockwell Pty Ltd to
prepare a Site Based Stormwater Management Plan (SBSMP). The plan relates to the
proposed subdivision development located on Lot 3 on SP246584 Eenie Creek Road,
Noosaville, Queensland (Refer to Figure 1.1 – Locality map of the site).
