2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION
The site is legally described as, Lot 3 on SP246584 Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville,
Queensland. It lies within the Local Government area of Noosa Council. Figure 2.1 below
shows the proximity of the site to Noosa Heads, and is approximately 5km to the South-
West of Noosa Heads.

Area = 31.7297 ha

The site has a total area of 31.7297ha and is developed as Noosa Civic, and vegetated with
existing bushland. The site is zoned as Open Space Conservation and Shire Business
Centre (SBC). The site is surrounded by similar zoned properties.
