4.0 STORMWATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT This Site Based Stormwater Management Plan includes Stormwater Quality Management guidelines for the construction phase of the development. The development will implement stormwater quality management for construction and operational phases as per Qld SPP (2017), Council’s PSP, and the Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) Technical Manual by Healthy Waterways. The efficiency of the Stormwater Quality Improvement Devices (SQID’s) during operational phase have been assessed with a MUSIC model as outlined in Section 4.3 of this report. Refer to the Stormwater Management Layout in Appendix A showing the catchment boundaries and treatment nodes proposed for the development. The proposed allotments remain vacant as part of the subdivision development. Given the proposed use of the allotments, development of each lot would trigger a Material Change of Use application. Each future development shall provide its own SQID's to satisfy stormwater runoff pollutant removal targets for the specific lot. The SQID's modelled with this report are to address stormwater runoff from the road reserves only. Site Based Stormwater Management Plan Page 4 of 20 1856-SBSMP-01_Version 2.0 (April 2019)
