4.2 Approved Supply
Based on a search between 1 January 2020 and 4 October 2022 on Noosa Council’s Application
Search, no applications (pending or approved) were found for a material change of use - car wash
in Noosa LGA.

4.3 Summary
As per the sections above, there are no dedicated commercial car wash facilities within the PTA
and STA. Moreover, the closest commercial car wash facilities are located almost 15 kilometres from
the Subject Site, meaning local residents would need to travel beyond the trade areas to have their
commercial car wash needs met.
Additionally, according to Noosa Council’s publicly available online database, there are currently
no pending or approved commercial car wash developments within the PTA or STA.
