Overall, the service vehicle provisions for the multi-unit dwelling are considered acceptable and ‘fit-for
purpose.’ Which aligns with the existing nature of operations along Elanda Street and as such no worsening is
expected.


5.0         TRAFFIC IMPACT CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
5.1         Conclusion
The traffic and transportation aspects of the proposed development are considered acceptable and generally
in line with council and AS2890.1 requirements. It is proposed that the development be approved from a
traffic engineering point of view.
