1. Introduction
O2 Environment + Engineering (herein O2) were engaged by Hutchinson Builders (herein Hutchinson) to
develop a CPESC certified Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) for works associated with the proposed
development on Lot 1/RP197117 at 71 Seaview Terrace, Sunshine Beach, Queensland (herein the site). The
site location and extents are shown in Figure 1.
