2. Site Description and Scope
The 9,942m2 site is currently vegetated with no structures or buildings. The site is located within the Noosa
Shire Council area and is bounded by Noosa National Park to the north, Sunshine Beach to the east and
residential properties to the west and south. Access to the site is via an easement between the south
western corner of the site and the end of Seaview Terrace, along the western boundaries of Lots
2/RP189884, 3/RP189884 and 4/RP189884.

The proposed residence is located on the upper slopes of the allotment, close to the western boundary. It
comprises multiple living levels with an outdoor pool located east of the living areas. The development will
be benched into the natural slope by cutting with some minor filling.
Key elements relevant to soil and water management include:
 Earthworks to achieve design levels
      Construction works
 Construction of permanent stormwater drainage

3. Objectives
This ESCP has been developed by an experienced CPESC in accordance with:

The following targets, if achieved are expected to meet the abovementioned objectives.

Coarse Sediment (>0.02mm) Retain all coarse sediment on site, where practical.

Fine sediment (<0.02mm) Drain all disturbed areas on the site to a suitably designed and installed
sediment control device, as defined by a site specific erosion risk
                                      assessment
