following requirements:
The intent and minimum standards nominated within the IECA (2008) Best Practice Erosion and
Sediment Control Guideline;
If followed, it will assist Hutchinson Builders in meeting environmental obligations defined in the
Environmental Protection Act (1994) – s440zg, and the Environmental Protection (Water) Policy (2009).
