Our Ref: ATP150314-L-NIA-02 Enquiries to: Sasho Temelkoski 10 December 2015 Noosa Council PO Box 141 TEWANTIN QLD 4565 Attention: Denis Wallace E-mail: [email protected] Dear Sir, Re: Village Bicycle at 2 Bottlebrush Avenue, Noosa Heads – Consideration of 2.6m high acoustic fence This letter is an addendum to the acoustic report prepared by ATP Consulting Engineers (ATP150314-L-NIA-01) dated 9 October 2015 for the Village Bicycle at Shop 1, 2 Bottlebrush Avenue in Noosa Heads. 1. Project Background The noise impact assessment by ATP Consulting Engineers, dated 9 October 2015, demonstrated that the noise emissions from Village Bicycle complies with the environmental noise criteria, provided a 2m high acoustic fence is constructed along the north-eastern boundary with Bottlebrush Avenue. Noosa Council has requested a “more robust solution”, therefore this report considers raising height of the fence to 2.6m.
