Minor Change Existing Approval MCU25 0057 01, OPW25 0078 01 & RAL25 0010 01 [As Published]

               In relation to the request to make a minor change to the existing approval, Council on 10 August
               2026, decided to approve the requested changes. The changes are detailed below.
               A.     Approve the change.
               B.     Amend conditions 3 and 32 of the Development Permit for Material Change of Use.
               C.     Amend condition 1 of the Development Permit for Operational Works.
               D.     Amend condition 3 of the Development Permit for Reconfiguring a Lot.
               E.     Correct administrative matters relating to conditions 26, 27, 28 and 29.
               F.     Re-numbering of the conditions in the Decision Notice resulting from these administrative
                      changes.
               3.     CURRENCY PERIOD OF APPROVAL

               The currency period for this development approval is stated in the conditions below.

                      When Conditions Must Be Complied With
               1.     Unless otherwise stated, all conditions of this Decision Notice must be complied with prior to
                      the use commencing, and then compliance maintained at all times while the use continues.
                      Currency Period
               2.     This development approval lapses if the use has not happened by 15 September 2031,
                      unless an application to extend the currency period is approved by Council.
