    2.0 CONSTRUCTION PHASE

The construction phase of the development would be expected to progress
    through the following stages:

Initial clearing and preparation for earthworks using heavy machinery such
           as bulldozer, tractor, excavator etc.

Bulk earthworks to prepare pads for poultry sheds and form internal
roadways and stormwater management system using heavy machinery
such as bulldozer, excavator, grader etc.

Construction of sheds including steel framing, insulated wall panels and
           insulated roofing.

Fit-out of mechanical ventilation and computer control system, heaters,
feed silos, feed system and drinker system.

           Commissioning testing.

The construction phase of the poultry farm involves significant earthworks and
    structures and will
be managed by the contractor in accordance with a
construction management plan. It is not feasible to provide such detail at
    development application stage.

Environmental impacts during the construction phase of the project will be the
responsibility of the contractor and managed under a construction Environmental
Management Plan which addresses issues including:

           Stormwater Management (sediment control)

           Dust Management

           Noise Management

           Waste Management

Typically a construction Environmental Management Plan is prepared by the
contractor prior to commencement of works.
