Stakeholder risks that have identified include:
   Playground does not meet community expectations. The playground project has already
     achieved a high degree of public interest and scrutiny, befitting the unique nature of what is
     being offered by Council to the community, and has prompted an ongoing discussion on
     overall outcomes and benefits to Noosa Shire. In particular project costs have been the
     subject of considerable discussion, given the costs associated with providing such
     infrastructure. The EOI process is intended to provide Council with a high level of control
     over the final delivery and maintenance methodologies chosen, and ensures probity is
     embedded throughout.
