Material Change of Use – Outdoor Sport and Recreation (Temporary Use)




      •    Duration of Use: The storage container is to be removed and site restored after dam works are completed
           in approximately five (5) years. Note: the assessment manager may choose to impose a time limits to
           approval condition should it deem to support the proposed development.

      Discussions with relevant stakeholders, along with pre-lodgement advice, suggested that the appearance of
      the proposed container could be improved. This included adding a small roof structure and giving the
      container a painted finish, potentially created by a local artist. Figure 2 below provides an indicative render
      showing the container with these features incorporated.
