| refer to the above-mentioned matter and your letter of Information Request dated
29"" November, 2013 and | respectfully supply the following information:

Preliminary Information

The above mentioned Information Response relates to the Proposed Development
of REC13/0146 which is known as Stage 3 of Erindale. Please refer to the Erindale
Park Staging Plan (Ref: 3032AP4) for the Proposed Development of other stages.

1&2. Active Parkland

It is noted that the provision of parkland within the subject property is not included
within the Priority Infrastructure Plan. However it is our intention that active parkland
will be voluntarily provided within this area as an offset against the required parkland
headwork contributions for this development and the adjoining development to the
west (REC 13/0148).

The areas that will be dedicated towards parkland are shown in the amended
Proposal Plan (Ref: 3032AP5) and includes:
¢ 700m* of active parkland & 2.017ha of passive parkland located to the north
of Lot 32 that will be dedicated in Stage 3, and
¢ 8671m’ of passive parkland to be located in the area between the road
extension of Blue Wren Place and the western gully and is to be dedicated in

Stage 4.
