Some minor filling may be required to for the Active Parkland to be located above the
Q100 level. The Active and Passive Parkland in this development has been located
to form part of a larger park corridor that exists within the adjoining residential areas
(Ref: 3032AP8).

Please find attached an indicative Plan of the Potential Parkland Development
prepared by Play Environment Consulting Pty Ltd (Ref: 14005 S01 Erindale
Parklands Concept Plan). An accompanying report has also prepared by Play
Environment Consulting Pty Ltd (Ref: Erindale Parklands Report) and shows some
of the potential features and designs that can be incorporated into the site.

3. Pathway system

Please find an amended proposal plan (Ref: 3032AP5) that shows the proposed
route of the pathway from the active parkland to the northern portion of the subject
property via a walkway over the eastern gully. The connectivity of the site is also
improved with a second pathway connecting the head of the cul-de-sac near Lots 24
& 25 to the frontage of Lake Macdonald Drive.

The pathways are located in areas that are expected to have high areas of
pedestrian activity and are designed to be integrated with the existing pathway
system shown in the Priority Infrastructure Plan. The pathways will be designed in
accordance with Sections 2 and 3 of PSP5.

of the response.

7 & 8. Hydraulics and Water Quality

A Flood Study of the proposed development has been prepared by Brisbane
Stormwater Management Pty Ltd (Ref: Flood Study BSM, Date 30/4/14): please find

enclosed a copy of the response.

An amended Proposal Plan has been provided by Max Watterson & Associates (Ref:
3032AP5) in response to the findings of the Flood Study.
