1.5.         Development Summary
The proposed mixed-use development consists of a single 3 storey building comprised of at grade carparking,
ground level commercial tenancy and affordable housing units over 3 levels.

Table 1.3 provides a summary of the development in relation to unit and area breakdown for use with the
refuse calculations provided in Section 2.1
