E XECUTIVE S UMMARY This Arboricultural Impact Assessment (AIA) report, commissioned by Shaun Lockyer Architects (SL|a), evaluates 26 existing trees at 3 Allambi Rise, Noosa Heads, in relation to a proposed residential dwelling development plan. The assessment, conducted by Consult Arborist Pty Ltd, provides a comprehensive overview of the site's trees, their current condition, and their suitability for retention during and after development. The report includes a detailed tree survey, a visual tree assessment, and recommendations for tree retention and protection during the construction phase. Key findings highlight the importance of retaining several mature trees to maintain the site's ecological balance and aesthetic value. Of the 26 trees that were inspected onsite, 12 are determined to be in a suitable condition for retention within the design and going forward. These include the High retention value, native trees 23, 24, and 25 in the Environmental Management and Conservation easement, and select council road reserve trees. The report also outlines specific arboricultural works, tree protection guidelines, and mitigation measures to ensure the health and stability of the retained trees throughout the development process. This AIA report is a crucial component of the Development Application lodgement to Noosa Council, ensuring that the proposed development aligns with local environmental regulations and best practices in arboriculture. Version two (2) of this report was completed in response to an Information Request from Noosa Council in June 2025. 25_06_23_AIA_ SLa_3 Allambi Rise_V2 Page 3 of 38
